These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between VAULT 369 LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website master-seller.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer"). Once the order is confirmed, the Customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order details at the email address provided during purchase. This email constitutes confirmation of the sale and contains the training access credentials. The Customer is advised to retain this email.

4. Pricing and invoicing

All prices displayed on the website master-seller.fr are expressed in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). VAULT 369 LTD is a company incorporated under UK law; the applicable tax treatment is specified in the terms of sale displayed at the time of payment.

An invoice is automatically issued for each purchase and sent by email to the Customer. The Customer may also request one at the following address: contact@master-seller.fr.

5. Payment methods

Payment is made exclusively online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), through the secure payment platform Stripe Inc.. Transactions are encrypted using the SSL/TLS protocol, and Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, ensuring maximum security for your banking data.

VAULT 369 LTD does not store the Customer's banking data on its servers at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Installment payment options may be offered on occasion; in such cases, the specific conditions are stated on the payment page.

6. Delivery — Access to training

Master Seller training courses are digital goods delivered electronically. Access to the training is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, via the login credentials sent by email to the address provided at the time of purchase.

If the access email is not received within 24 hours of placing the order, the Customer is advised to check their spam/junk folder and then contact support at contact@master-seller.fr.

7. Right of withdrawal

7.1 General principle

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or incur any penalties.

7.2 Exception — Digital content accessed with express consent

In accordance with Article L221-28(12) of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the performance of the contract has begun with the express consent of the consumer and the consumer has expressly waived their right of withdrawal before the end of the 14-day period.

During the order process, the Customer is invited to check a box indicating that they accept immediate access to the digital content and thereby waive their right of withdrawal. If the Customer has not checked this box and has not accessed the content, they may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days.

7.3 Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal (where applicable), the Customer must send an unambiguous statement to: contact@master-seller.fr. The refund shall be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the request, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Master Seller training courses are educational and instructional in nature. The results obtained by participants depend on numerous individual factors (level of commitment, prior experience, economic context, etc.) that are beyond the control of VAULT 369 LTD.

VAULT 369 LTD does not guarantee any specific financial, commercial, or professional results from its training courses. Testimonials and examples of results presented on the website are individual cases and are not representative of average outcomes.

VAULT 369 LTD shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure, temporary interruption of access to the training platform for maintenance purposes, or any other circumstance beyond its control.

10. Intellectual property

All content comprising the Master Seller training courses (videos, PDFs, course materials, tools, scripts, templates, etc.) is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of VAULT 369 LTD.

Access to a training course is granted on a personal and non-transferable basis. The Customer undertakes not to reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or disseminate the training content to third parties in any form whatsoever. Any breach of this obligation may result in the immediate termination of access to the training and legal proceedings.

11. Personal data protection

Personal data collected in connection with the sale is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting contact@master-seller.fr.

12. Disputes and mediation

12.1 Amicable resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to an order, the Customer is invited to first contact VAULT 369 LTD customer service at contact@master-seller.fr in order to seek an amicable resolution.

12.2 Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Customer may use a free mediation service. They may notably use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12.3 Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in France.
